I grew up in California, in a little town. My father sent me to buy a chocolate. I went to the store on my bike and had just enough to buy the chocolate.
Later that day after buying the chocolate I found the wrapper and there was a winning ticket voucher with golden wrapping, saying
‘Come to Charlie’s chocolate factory and meet the crew and tour the factory.’
Dad said wow, great, it’s this Friday, two days away. I was greatly surprised and was all ready for the day.
That day I woke up at 7 a.m. and had breakfast. I dressed up and dad took me to the factory.
I entered the factory. Charlie was at the door with his little helpers. Charlie said ‘Welcome to my chocolate factory, come in!’ I was more than grateful to come in.
We were given a chocolate and candy. We entered and were surprised that there was an indoor garden filled with chocolate and candy.
There was a river with chocolate sauce, and we went on the boat down the stream.
Charlie was very nice. He had a hat with candy sticking out the side and long black hair. The boat was shaped with candy and chocolate.

After we made it off the boat, we went to an island with shells and palm trees. We were given rum-raisin candies. They were delicious. We had a rest on the island for ten minutes. After that we went down a long slide. For miles it went. We saw all the fairies and elves. Santa, we met at the end of the slide.
We were at the North Pole. Charlie said, we must head back the short way. Some dogs and a sleigh took us back. It was snowing. I was very cold. We got stuck in the snow half way along.
After we made our way out, we made our way back. Charlie said ‘Thank you for coming’ and gave us a year’s supply of chocolate and candy. We were so happy and grateful. Thank you Charlie.
